How To Make Poori :-

Description :-

Puri is around puffed unleavened deep-fried Indian bread, commonly eaten for breakfast or as a light meal. Usually served with a delicious curry or bhaji.


Ingredients for poori :-

  1. Wheat flour - 225 grams.
  2. Water - as required.
  3. Sooji (semolina) - 20 grams.
  4. Oil - to fry.
  5. Salt - to taste.

Directions :-

  1. Make the dough with flour, salt, sooji, and water.
  2. Knead to make a tight dough, cover with a cloth for 15 minutes to rest.
  3. Knead the dough again and divide the dough into equal small round balls and roll it as shown.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil and press with a spoon to puff the poori.

Cooking Time :- 20 mins
Prepare Time :- 10 mins
Total Time :- 30 mins
